Get your phone fixed without leaving work
If you work in a Mississauga office, your free time on a weekday is probably your lunch break. Driving to a repair shop, finding parking and waiting in line rarely fits. Woman Wireless On The Go flips that around: a certified woman technician comes to your workplace, meets you in the lobby or the parking lot, and repairs your phone there while you're close by.
We visit offices across Mississauga, including the big business parks where a trip out at midday means fighting traffic both ways.
Where we see office visits work well
Meadowvale Business Park
The low-rise offices along Argentia Road, Meadowvale Boulevard and Mississauga Road mostly have large surface lots. That makes a parking-lot repair easy: tell us your building number and which side of the lot you're on, and you can step outside when the technician arrives.
Airport Corporate Centre
The office towers near Eglinton Avenue and Highway 401, close to Pearson, mix surface lots with structured and underground parking. Let us know if your building has visitor spots, a security desk or a lobby area where meeting someone is normal.
City Centre and Square One area
Downtown Mississauga around Hurontario and Burnhamthorpe has more towers, more paid parking and busier streets. Lobby visits often work best here, or a meeting spot in a nearby parking structure. Share any visitor parking instructions with your request.
Not in one of these areas? We come to offices, warehouses, clinics and job sites anywhere in Mississauga, from Port Credit to Malton.
What to include in your request
Office buildings are easy to get wrong: several entrances, look-alike towers, gated garages. A few details save time on the day:
- Building name and full address, including the tower or unit if it's a multi-building campus.
- Where to meet: the main lobby, a side entrance, or a spot in the parking lot ("north lot, near the loading dock").
- Parking details: visitor spots, pay-and-display, underground access or a parking code.
- Security rules: whether visitors sign in at a desk or need to be met at the door.
- Your phone model and the problem, plus a photo of the damage if it's visible.
- Your best contact method, since you may be in a meeting when the technician calls or messages.
Lobby or parking lot: which is better?
- Parking lot (her car or yours): private, no building rules to worry about, and you're not taking over a lobby table. A good choice in business parks with big surface lots.
- Lobby: warmer in winter and easy to find. Check that your building allows visitors to sit in the lobby, and whether there's a quiet corner with a table.
Either way, you'll see the repair being done and test the phone with the technician before she leaves.
Planning around your lunch hour
How long a repair takes depends on your model and what's wrong, so the technician confirms timing when she quotes. A few ways to make it fit your day:
- Book the Afternoon window (12–5pm) through the online booking form, then confirm the exact time by phone or WhatsApp.
- Pick a time when you can step away from your desk, not one squeezed between back-to-back meetings.
- Back up your phone the night before, so you're relaxed about handing it over. Our post on backing up an iPhone before a screen repair walks through it.
- If your workday runs long, an Evening window (5–9pm) at home is another option.
